Hi there, I suggest you get a spiral perm if your hair is long. The only way you'll get breakage is1 if the elstic touch the hair or 2 if they leave it on too long or3 your hair is really dry. I recomend using the leave in hair mist conditioner. Good luck

In all seriousness, why do you want your hair to look like someone else's and run the risk of damaging your hair? What if you don't like the results? Would you let it grow out and be unhappy for months, spend everyday straightening it, or try to reverse the perm and end up overprocessing your hair?
