My husband has dreadlocked hair and it has grown beyond his shoulders. Now his job is telling him he must cut them to the base of his neck or all off.
He really likes them and I think they are sexy so we both don't want to see them go.
Does anyone know if you cut dreads do they start to unravel? And can anyone tell me how to pull them up (other than a ponytail) to conceal their length?

There are lots of ways that you can do you his hair. For example the other day i saw this guy who had dreads and he had a french braid and it looked really nice. but if you don't like that idea there are hair books for people with dreads and you can check thoes out.

i don't think they unravel. maybe he should just clip them a little. or tell those people to kiss his ***. i bet if he didn't have dreads they wouldn't ask him to cut them

well if you buy a certain loc wax like Sulfur 8. that is a really good wax. you can buy it at Sally's hair supply store or any hair supply store.

i know of a place where a black girl had mirco briads and they said it was unprofessional and they sd take em out or your fired and she sued them and won
