Get the front part of your hair, gather it together and pull it forward so its over your face. keep hold of it in one hand and get a tail comb (one with really narrow teeth which are close together, cost about 鎷?) then backcomb the hair from the underneath, near the roots. when thats done, spray lots of hairspray on it. then take the hair back and pin it near the crown, and you have a very rock chick style quiff!
