we have a new employee working in the building with me. (different company, different office blah blah blah- so i dont wanna hear it ,')

shes really cute and seem nice. i meet her in the hallway here and there and have talked to her 2-3 times.

then on friday i met her in the hallway again, asked her to tell me that she got into at least a little trouble on halloween. she said no and i kidded her telling her i was disappointed etc...

anyway this time during our conversation, literally the second it started she grabs her hair (mid to mid/long) kinda twists it around her hand and pulls it to the top of her head and holds it there the whole conversation.

i didnt say anything but it looked NUTS SEXY and exposed her neck along with a head tilt.

was this her flirting or just getting comfy in a wierd way... WHAT.

given the fact that i see here here and there i dont want to go for her and get shot down unless i have signs that shes interested.

Um she sounds kinda immature, but yes I would say she was doing it for attention and flirting, but you know just because girls flirt do not mean they are interested so be careful some just do it to get you going and like the attention.

Well, it seems to me she was flirting..but if you are not sure, why don't you just ask her out for a cup of coffee or something. Something non threatening. Maybe take a lunch break together. Then talk to her and see if she seems more interested!

You're kidding right? This girl actually lets you talk to her and you aren't sure if she's interested?Are you her boss or something? If not, be a gentleman and ask her if she might like to have lunch with you. Girls usually consider lunch a safe date, and if she isn't interested, she can say no in a polite way by saying she's too busy, etc. If she says she brought her lunch, invite her share it with you at the coffee shop, cafeteria, or park nearby.
