Being a Tejano (Texas born hispanic), I've noticed that latinas have more thin whispy hair on their arms, sides of neck and sometimes just above the sideburns area than latino men. Why?
P.S. I think it's sexy.
Latinas... do you have hair on the sides of your neck?
I am Puerto Rican and I have alot of hair on my arms and some on my back. I don't have any on my neck nor do I have really hairy sideburns, although some of my friends do. I think alot of people have body hair and its just not as noticeable because its blonde and the person is light skinned or becuase their hair is dark and the person is dark skinned. I guess its hereditary and has to do with our genetic makeup.
