All the victoria secret, sports illustrated, hip hop video girls have very long hair. Why is it view as sexier or more attractive then short hair?

Because that's a standard that's been around FOREVER. Longer hair has always been considered a more feminine trait, short hair is masculine.

Long hair is more feminine. There are of course models with super-short cuts though. I have short hair and I think I'd look much better if my hair was longer.
